In this series titled Stargate Universe, we see that the secret of the Stargate’s ninth chevron has been finally discovered. After this significant discovery, a team of space explorers begin their journey in order to know more about the world that lies outside our solar system. They reach the unmanned spaceship named Destiny, which was launched by the ancient people. Hey discover that they cannot turn back the spacecraft towards the earth. They will have to complete the journey that Destiny was intended to do and then return to earth. The team is taken to far off places in this universe and they also come across various new races and they also make many enemies.

Stargate Universe Season 1 Episode 5 is scheduled to air on October 23rd. This episode is titled “Light”. In this episode we see that the crew of the Destiny is very close to three planets. The action takes a dramatic turn when Colonel Young declares that only 17 people can travel in the shuttle. But there are more than 17 people. The way out is a lottery that will determine who are the lucky ones who will be in the shuttle.
