Quantum of Solace was a direct sequel to Daniel Craig’s Bond debut film, Casino Royale. Bond faces Dominic Greene in this film. Greene is part of Quantum – theoretically an environmental group – who is intent on taking over Bolivia and their water supply. But for Bond, it’s much more personal. He’s out for revenge for the death of Vespa Lynd. Joining him in vengeance is Camille Montes. Quantum has also infiltrated other aspects of his life, including turning M’s bodyguard, Mitchell, into a Double Agent. Bond ends up with good guys and bad guys alike after him. Do Bond’s actions spell the end of his career and maybe his life? Will the good guys win or is Quantum to big for even Bond to bring down? Will bond ever find solace?
