Anna is a 29 year old woman who has her heart set on getting married. She and her boyfriend just celebrated their 4 year anniversary yet still no proposal, so what does Anna do? She decides to take matters into her own hands. She comes up with an elaborate plan to propose to her boyfriend (since he hasn’t proposed to her). She is planning to do it on Leap Day which is a unique Irish tradition that occurs whenever there’s a February 29th. On this special date, in the Irish culture, women are allowed to propose to men. She’s got their trip to Dublin all mapped out until a few major setbacks damage her plans.
