Google Search Results displaying the line “This site may harm your computer.” next to each search result.

Is this some kind of a Joke. I get this screen everytime I visit a site. The best part is the message is even seen next to Google.com

Initially I thought Google was notifying webmasters when they believe a site has been hacked though the search results. But when I saw that it showed the same message against Google.com itself, I laughed aloud.
