Adrienne was a part of the former girl group trio 3LW, and is a former member of The Cheetah Girls with Kiely Williams and Sabrina Bryan and as an actress in Disney Channel Original Movie of the same name and latter sequels which brought the latter group to prominence.

Twenty-five year old singer actress Adrienne Bailon is now the center of attention as she falls victim to many allegations that the racy photos being spread over the internet are indeed her. As to whether these allegations are true or not, would really be up to argumentation. But the word is out that Bailon is now seeking legal advice and is planning to pursue legal action on whosoever is spreading these photos.

We can remember several months ago when fellow Disney actresses Vanessa Hudgens and Miley Cyrus fell into the same trap. We’ve seen so many issues like this in the past, victims are often young females of celebrity status. Compromising photos often leaked for millions of viewers to see. These issues have often affected the careers of up and coming actresses or even distinguished and made actresses.

I for one am tired of seeing all these issues of racy photos of whomsoever actress it is. The fact that the -  Cheetah Girl adrienne bailon photos were leaked through an unauthorized source makes the issue’s validity lesser and lesser. I’ve lost interest in such a way that after a few weeks I am quite sure that another up and rising actress would then fall victim to another one of these issues. This has become a vicious cycle over the years. So much so that one should start asking is this all just a plot to either promote or stain the reputation of an actress or an actor that is bound to release something new?

If you would notice, a lot of these issues transpire within close range to either a movie premiere or release of a new music album. Having noticed that, I feel as if we as viewers are being cheated as well. We also fall into same category as that of the victim: the actress being featured in racy fotos. Attention is being focused on the actress, the actress being judged by many. Her personality, her morals, and everything else in her life suddenly became an open book. And we as viewers constantly pry into that, wanting to find out some more while the suspects maliciously feed on this endless routine of creating upheaval between performers and viewers.

There have been many victims of these acts over the past. Some are famous while some are ordinary people just like everyone else. Compromising pics, videos, or any form of data or content uploaded on the internet without the owners’ permission. This issue really gets out of hand when done to private individuals. The worst thing about this scenario is really not about the actress being featured in those photos. It is an issue that must be faced by all of us and these are privacy issues which each and every individual must be entitled to. There are no laws whatsoever covering privacy of materials that are loaded on the internet, if there are, all seems to have been drafted in gray areas. What protection does an individual have when confronted with these issues when even Hollywood celebrities who can afford pricey litigations are not safe? What laws govern and cover these acts?

Paathshala: A school of promise

Anil Dhirubhai Ambani, who diversified into areas and then made it his own, from power to mobiles. Now the ace tycoon has shifted onto the popular scenario of Hindi films, perhaps lured by the money on offer.

Big Pictures, his company has garnered all resources and logistics to be ready for his venture Paathshala. The Shahid Jab We Met Kapoor and Ayesha Dor Takia movie has strut out its initial promotional with Himesh Reshamaiyya’s Karzz and seems to be ready to take many bulls by the horn.

The leading stars Shahid Kapoor and Ayesha Takia are both talented and have shown their merit in numerous films since they started. And with the stalwart assistance of Nana Patekar and Sushant Singh and the cutie Swini Khare to add just that bit of sugar to the tea that is on offer, the movie promises to score.

Though the story is not revealed as of now, the name suggests that it might be on didactic grounds explaining issues with the students. The movie is directed by the much touted award winner from Marathi movies Milind Ukey and will have a definitive blend of action and melody and rawness that characterizes Marathi Movies. It will etch itself on the conscience of the audience, asserts Ukey.

Talking about bulls, there are three biggies coming with three different superstars. Aamir, Shah Rukh and Akshay are all making the multiplexes their own this winter, and so the competition for others is tougher at the seam.

Luck: What the L

Imran Khan, the chocolate boy hero of Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na seems to have made his mind to do all the labors in his initial years. A macho role in Kidnap has anyway stamped him into the big league and he is set to again define muscle power in his new venture Luck.

What makes this movie special is the entrance of another starlet into Bollywood. Wonder man Kamal Hassan might just chip his nails for the first time in three decades as he sees his daughter start on the same route he made his own. Shruti Hassan, true to his father’s mannerisms, is making quite an unconventional debut which will see her doing karate and martial arts rounds with veterans like Sanjay Dutt and Danny Denzongpa.

The shooting schedule (it started this year in July) is such that the action shots are like punctuation marks, entailing Imran Khan to keep up with the gym sessions literally throughout. He cannot, after all, afford to be loose in his looks, for being the nephew of the perfectionist Aamir, it won’t suit if he looks unconvincing against Sanjay and the ever fit Danny even at this age.

Reports have been pretty good and he was found to be equally loquacious on the ring as well as the discotheque, and if such be the case, his female fan following is bound to rise by leaps.

Even Shruti is heard to be emulating her father’s initial wizardry in her debut and so we should be having a feast with the choco-dame combination kicking some real ass.
