Originally known as Thames Ironworks FC, the West Ham United was founded in 1895. After clinching the FA Cup in 1964, they were crowned winners of the European Cup Winners’ Cup the following season.

On Saturday, January 10, 2009 at the St James’ Park, St James’ Park in Newcastle Upon Tyne, The West Ham United will play against Newcastle United for the Barclays Premiere Football Club. St. James Park is Newcastle’s home stadium, the only one that has no single scoreboard.

One of Newcastle’s history highlights was when they took their championship title in the FA Carling Premiership in the 1993-94 seasons.
