iPhone is a technical masterpiece by Apple Inc. It’s not just an mobile phone, it is one of the best communication device on earth. Few of iPhone’s innovative features are as follows:
1) Multi-touch
IPhone has one of the largest Multi-Touch display. You can control all features of the application in your fingertips either by taping or sliding on the screen. You can zoom in and zoom out the photos, view the albums etc using this multi-touch screen. Even the keyboard is a software application and you can type using the multi-touch screen.
2) Accelerometer
This is one of the cool features in IPhone. The built in accelerometer in IPhone senses the movement of the phone and changes the display accordingly from portrait to landscape and vice-versa.
3) Ambient light sensor
The built-in ambient light sensor automatically senses the amount of light in the environment and will adjust the brightness of the device accordingly.
4) Proximity sensor
This is another cool feature in iPhone. When you receive a call, the proximity sensor in iPhone will immediately turns off the touch screen to prevent inadvertent touches and to save battery power.
5) Maps with GPS
If your city and your service provider provide the GPS service, the iPhone can be used to as a navigation tool to find a location.
6) 3G Speed
This feature of iPhone provides fast access to the Internet and email for you around the world. You can send email, surf the web, navigate, and watch online video – even when you’re attending a call. 7) Camera
The iPhone has a built in 2.0 MP camera. It is located on the back of the device to capture only images. It cannot be used to record videos.

11) Battery Power
It has a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Talk time is up to 5 hours
on 3G and up to 10 hours on 2G. Standby time is up to 300 hours, Time for internet usage is up to 5 hours on 3G and up to 6 hours on Wi-Fi. For Video playback it is up to 7 hours and audio playback up to 24 hours.
12) MMS
iPhone does not support this feature.
