Honda Siel cars India celebrated 3 lakh customers in India with the launch of its new Civic variant “Civic Sport”. Only 1000 cars would be available of this limited Sports edition & Honda which now has over 3 lakh customers from the time of its India operations in 1997 couldn’t have a better opportunity to celebrate this with the launch. Priced at 12.35 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi) its a quite a temptation to own this futuristic design which just got bettered with the sports edition.
This limited edition is more of a cosmetic change with the same 1.8 litre engine. The changes in this Sports variant are Trunk spoiler, sporty under spoiler(Front/Rear/Side), Blue Ambient light, “Sport” Side sticker & Rear Badge & White Alloy wheels. Other technical feature like 132 BHP, Dual Air Bags, ABS, EBD & Brake Assist would remain same as the current model.

Ok…first of all
the Sports version of the car outside india is known as a the Civic Type R…not RS
also…the Type R is more than just a cosmetic change like this one…it ups the BHP to 200 instead of a pathetic 132…
Now honestly, the civic is a very well designed car…but it SUCKS to drive. its so darned slow its not even funny.
