In the world of films,there are two kinds of movies Good Movies and the other De Taali. Some people in this word would not agree with me when i say that movies are meant to be for entertaiment. First in line would be E Niwas, the person i hold as the sole reponsible for spoiling my entire weekend. All you youngsters interested in filmography, I honestly request you to stay atleast 10 miles from this films vicinity. Some people just do not learn and I have no regrets in pointing my finger at this Mr.E Niwas. Bardassht,My Name is Antony Gonsalves and now this. Can somebody tell Mr. E Niwas that he s got a definition of ‘Movie’ all wrong. Dude, what were you thinking ? Could you please do me a favour and borrow a funnybone or two from my grandmother ? She could make better comedies.
Two guys one girl and No Script. This is all what the film has to offer. Paglu(Ritesh), Amu(Ayesha) & Abhi(Aftaab) are three happy going friends who believe friendship scores before all. Abhi falls in love with a girl who is only after his money. Amu loves Abhi too, but is hesitant to put forward the thoughts .Paglu helps her out. They kidnap Abhi’s love interest and are forced to perform some totally unfunny,pathetic jokes convincing and trying hard to keep them away from each other. The End and I am left with an empty theatre, even the seats around have fallen asleep. Some people like me just sit through the end of a film, what so ever the movie ahs to offer, in this case i just wanted to see to what extent some people can go and make a movie.
Actors can only convey what a direct wants to. No amount of good acting abilities can make a bad direction work. Aftab is ordinary. Ayesha is reasonably good, but she better watch her weight which could cost her a heroine roles in future. I wonder what was Anupam Kher doing in the film, an actor of his callibre better stay out of such ripts as its might bring to him some unwanted fame of a cheap comedian who can work for anything that promises money. Ritesh Shines with his innocent and funny expressions. Rimi sen does not deserve a mention. Shes only present to
Isn’t it massive consumer fraud to charge 100 bucks for a barely sensible movie? Perhaps, but it would’ve beenunforgivable trying to make De Taali anything better. This was the worst movie I’ve ever seen recently, so bad that I hesitate to label it a "movie" and thus reflect shame upon the entire medium of film. WAtch it for all the wrong reasons starting with direction.
Correct me if I am wrong, but was’nt the name of the film De Gaali ?
