I like Wordpress because:
- Its Free.
- It’s well supported with a strong active community surrounding it with plug-ins being developed for almost any feature required.
- Easy to install and add plug-ins.
- Free Wordpress Templates are available on the internet and these can be customized easily to suit your requirements.

Wordpress rocks!
I prefer to use a self-hosted version of Wordpress. I think the design/modification aspect of it is more complex than some other blogging software but the security, usability and features are top notch.
I use Blogger, because it’s free, and because it has a user friendly interface. But i would recommend you to have your own domain with Wordpress. It gives you more credibility and freedom.

Wordpress rules. I think you should also add joomla to this list. I personally cound joomla as 2nd alternative in my publications…
although they can be good for starters…

Sorry about that mate. I shall include Jooomla in my next Poll. I have never used Joomla and hence thought I would keep it away from this poll.
Wordpress is my favorite. Most flexiblity. Easy to run on my server!
Has to be WordPress every time for me – huge friendly community, loads of support info indexed on Google around the net and very easy to customise… oh and the free (and NO COMMERCIAL VERSION!!) price tag helps a-lot too!
My vote goes to blogger! since i am a blogger user .
Wordpress is by far the best.
They have so many plugins.
There is no other better platform.
Blogger will win. Wordpress is slower then blogger.
@Agni : Does not look like wordpress will loose to blogger mate. If you see the votes it is quite visible that everyone loves wordpress more than anything else.
