So, by all means, this event had lots of hype to live up to and live up to the hype it did! This event was so exciting, that its hard to know just where to start. I guess a good starting point would be the hands down one of the best matches in Wrestlemania history, ranking up there with Hulk Hogan taking down Andre the Giant in Wrestlemania 1, Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker.

Wrestlemania 25
This match lasted a long and grueling 40 minutes that saw both men get drug to their exhaustion points. But In the end, The Undertaker was able to keep his undefeated streak alive by taking down Shawn Michaels for the first time ever in his long and storied career. Another huge match was the WWE Championship match where Triple H was able to defeat Randy Orton. John Cena was also able to become the heavyweight world champion by defeating The Big Show by body slamming him and pinning him.
So, these were the main matches and highlights of Wrestlemania 25. This was a huge event that I hope many people were able to catch.

This event marks the 25th Anniversary of the Wrestlemania event. This year it takes place in Houston, Texas and it will be held in Houston’s Reliant Stadium. This event is the event of the year for wrestling fans because it decides many of the championships and milestones for the year. The main event of this match is when Triple H faces off against Randy Orton for the WWE Championship title.
Wrestlemania XXV
The biggest names are going to be at Wrestlemania XXV. Another huge match that this event is going to decide is the World Heavyweight Championship and its going to be a triple threat match. It’s going to feature Edge vs John Cena vs Big Show. Next up is The Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels and they will be playing in the Undefeated Streak vs Mr. Wrestlemania match and this is another exciting huge match. Finally, for one of the last huge matches is the Extreme Rules match which will feature the hardy brothers. Matt Hardy will play Jeff Hardy and being an extreme rules match, this is always exciting.

Friday, February 27th, 2009WWE WrestleMania 25: Triple H vs Randy Orton? On April 5, 2009, WrestleMania 25 will take place. The pay per view event is known for having explosive matches, and this year, one of the biggest matches will be between Triple H vs Randy Orton. Orton won the 2009 Royal Rumble, giving him the chance to fight for either the ECW title, the World Heavyweight title, or the WWE title at WWE WrestleMania 25. As the WWE champion, Triple H became one of Orton’s three possible opponents.
However, his match with Triple H is sure to be more than just a standard title bout. First of all, Orton defeated Triple H to win the Royal Rumble, so Triple H is out for revenge. The two have feuded off and on over the years. In February of 2009, Orton attacked Shane and Stephanie McMahon, and Triple H came to their rescue. This set up a new feud between the two, plus forced Triple H to announce that he is married to Stephanie McMahon, bringing their real-life marriage into the storyline (the two were “married” on-screen several years ago, although that storyline has since ended).
What will an Orton/Triple H match-up at WrestleMania mean? It will certainly be electric. Triple H has held the WWE title, among other titles, multiple times, and there was a time when he was considered almost undefeatable. Orton, on the other hand, has been a rising star in the WWE and has held several titles. But this match is more that just about winning another title—this match is personal.

Friday, February 27th, 2009WWE WrestleMania 25: Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker? The WWE WrestleMania is always a top event in the wrestling world, and WrestleMania 25 looks to be no different. The event features a number of big name match-ups, including a match between HBK vs Undertaker.
One of the biggest match-ups at WWE WrestleMania 25 will feature Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker as the two are huge WWE superstars. Shawn Michaels has won a number of WrestleMania matches and has even been nicknamed Mr. WrestleMania. He’s appeared at WrestleMania for years, including a ladder match at WrestleMania X and an Iron Man match at WrestleMania XII. The Undertaker, on the other hand, has won 16 consecutive victories at WrestleMania (he did not appear at two WrestleManias). This is an unprecedented feat in the WWE.
This match up is more than just an event between two huge superstars. It’s also a match between the two most veteran wrestlers on the WWE roster. Shawn Michaels has been with the WWE since 1988, and the Undertaker made his first appearance in 1990. Both have over 20 years of wrestling experience.
The two have feuded before, including battling it out in the first Hell in a Cell match. In 1988, they met up in a Casket Match that led to Michaels being injured for four years. When he returned, he was put on Raw while Undertaker stayed on Smackdown. They eventually met up at the Royal Rumble in 2007 and 2008. Those matches, however, will be nothing compared to their meeting at WrestleMania 25.

Wrestling as a sport has always bedazzled us. The awe-inspiring ways of the perfectly sculpted and at times terribly oversized human beasts has done a lot to engage our hearts and mind. WWE WrestleMania 25 will be taking place in Houston, Texas on April 5, 2009. Yes, it’s that time of year again and there will be plenty of excitement for this event. Just as it is every year, WrestleMania is sure to please fans that have been waiting since last year to see the latest event.
Currently, the WrestleMania 2009 ticket prices are expected to sell up to $755 for the best seats at the event but as low as $40 for the lowest priced seats. You can find seats for a wide range of prices if you have an interest in a slightly better view. There is no word on what the PPV will cost this time around. In recent years there has been some talk of lowering the price because of disappointing sales, but that has not yet been confirmed. There is some belief among the producers of the show that WrestleMania fans will be willing to pay any price that is asked for the PPV event.
There has been a great deal of speculation on the contenders and the big winners of the evening’s events. In the match for world champion it is up to Chris Jericho, CM Punk, Mr. Kennedy, Evan Bourne, Brian Kendrick, MVP and Ricky Ortiz. Who will get the title of World Champion in this event is anyone’s guess. This is a new generation of wrestling talent and getting their faces out there is a prestigious moment for many of them.
It is rumored that there will be more than eighty thousand fans flocking to the event in Texas. Those who are not quick to grab their tickets for the April event will find they are out of luck as those who have them are unlikely to give them up. There has been no official lineup for the contenders this year, but it is guaranteed to be a great show no matter who is in the ring.
There have been some interesting rumors surrounding a return of the legend Hulk Hogan and Stone Cold Steve Austin going at it in the ring, but these have not been confirmed or denied as of yet. Whoever ends up fighting in the ring, there will be some serious entertainment for fans of WrestleMania, especially those who have been watching for the last twenty five events.
If the past is any indication of the kind of celebrities you could expect to see, this year should be a spectacular event. In the past there have been celebrities such as Snoop Dogg, Alice Cooper, Ozzy Osbourne, Ice-T, Pam Anderson, Jenny McCarthy and that’s just for starters. Musical guests for the event have included Reba McEntire, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles and many more. These guests were not just attending the event, but actually performed for the record breaking crowds.
If you have been watching all year long and are eager to see the big winners during the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania, you should get out there and get your tickets now before they are all gone. Or gather your pals together for the PPV event in your home and have a party. It is great entertainment for everyone who gets a chance to see this once a year extravaganza.

Below are the Wrestlemania 25 Match Possibilities;
Randy Orton won the match in 2009 and will have the opportunity to choose to wrestle for the WWE, World Heavyweight, or ECW Championship at WrestleMania.
Speculation is that Trish Stratus will make a return to WWE for a match against Beth Phoenix at WrestleMania 25.
Mickey Rourke pulled out of WrestleMania 25 match against Chris Jericho.
He would not be competing at the event.WWE subsequently reconfirmed Rourke’s appearance on January 31, 2009, where it was announced that he had been invited as a guest, and not as a competitor, for WrestleMania XXV.
On Monday Night RAW (February 16), Shawn Michaels challenged John “Bradshaw” Layfield to a match the following week. The winner would advance to WrestleMania XXV to challenge The Undertaker and his WrestleMania undefeated streak.
Vladimir Kozlov has also challenged The Undertaker to a match at WrestleMania as announced on SmackDown (February 20) by SmackDown general manager Vickie Guerrero.
On February 23, 2009, The Money in the Bank ladder match was announced for WrestleMania XXV . In this match, eight participants will compete to retrieve a briefcase (using a ladder) that is suspended above the ring with a cable. The Winner gets a chance to exchange it for a WWE, World Heavyweight, or ECW Championship match at any time or location until one year. On Raw (February 23), CM Punk qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match by defeating The Miz and John Morrison in a triple threat match.

It was announced on January 30, 2009 that “War Machine” and the live version of “Shoot to Thrill”, both by AC/DC, would serve as the WrestleMania 25 theme songs.

Sunday, 25th Jan 2008 (8 PM ET / 5 PM PT) will be the day when WWE fans from all across the world would witness the twenty-second annual Royal Rumble events. The event is going to held at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan.
Each of the matches will be depicted with a story lineup where world famous wrestlers will present themselves in some scripted feuds. There will be a series of events where wrestlers will be portrayed as hero or villain and the tension will keep on building as the story will go on. Overall the viewers will be bound to stick on to the series of matches until the winner is declared. World famous wrestlers from the brands like Raw, SmackDown and ECW will be joining the event and fight hard to win the Royal Tumble 30 Man Match. The Winner will be rewarded to face for any WWE championship on the day of Wrestlemania.

John Cena vs Kofi Kingston vs Rey Mysterio vs Chris Jericho vs Mike Knox vs Kane in an Elimination Chamber match for the World Heavyweight Championship.
On Monday Night RAW, Kofi Kingston, Rey Mysterio and Chris Jericho qualified for the Elimination Chamber Match. Kofi Kingston defeated Kane, Rey Mysterio defeated William Regal followed by Chris Jericho defeating CM Punk. Mike Knox qualified by winning a six-man battle royal at a live event on February 1, 2009. Kane was later announced as the final participant by WWE Executive Vice President Stephanie McMahon.
Edge vs The Undertaker vs The Big Show vs Triple H vs Jeff Hardy vs Vladimir Kozlov in an Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Championship.
On Friday Night SmackDown, The Undertaker, The Big Show and Triple H qualified for the Elimination Chamber. The Undertaker defeated Mark Henry, The Big Show defeated Festus and Triple H defeated Vladimir Kozlov and The Great Khali in a standard match involving three wrestlers, called a Triple Threat match. Vickie Guerrero announced that Jeff Hardy would be inserted into the match, while Vladimir Kozlov won a battle royal to qualify.

I was on WWE.com this morning, looking for information about the upcoming WWE Royal Rumble 2009 PPV. I was shocked to see the above Vickie Guerrero Nude Pic, of-course, not completely nude, but censored with a Black Box. The pics were taken in the room Vickie & Edge used backstage for Friday’s show.
