If you are looking for DSL broadband services in India, then here is the definite guide for you. This is a list of the best broadband connection internet service providers (isp), based on cost, service and speed of internet access.

BSNL Broadband Connection

This broadband connection is in tandem with existing BSNL landlines. If you do not have an existing landline from BSNL, you will need to pay advance sums and get it booked. Once you have the landline, you need to apply for a broadband connection. You can select from business or home connections. The prices of the packages will differ. For example, in the home connection only one user can access while in business connection a multiple user option is available. There isn’t much that one can hope for in terms of the download speed as it occurs from underground cables. In fact, BSNL broadband connection has one of the poorest download speeds amongst all other service providers. Package pricing starts from 250 INR in a month and upwards. This is inclusive of download speeds extending between 256 Kbps to around 2 Mbps. You can download files of maximum size 1 GB. You can also access diverse services using BSNL broadband like video conferencing facility, VPN, broadcast application, multicasting etc.

Bsnl is best of all the broadband serivice provider. If u have less usage u can go for Rs 250 plan where u get 2mbps speed with total 1 GB download and upload limit. Note : Always buy modem from BSNL by paying at once whole amount and purchase modem otherwise modem will be property of bsnl and they will charge 250 as rent for modem. Always keep software that calculate total usage = download + upload . Even if u view page that is charge as downloading. If u have unlimited usage than u can go for unlimited plan of RS 750 by paying 1 instalment in advance. dont forget to purchase modem Rs 1800 round about that is wireless which can be used both for wire and wireless if u have. See I surf lots of site and right now i am posting this message from same unlimited planof Bsnl speed is of 2 mbps. Only service of BSNL is not good but broadband is excellent. and one more thing when u want to teminate your broadband service they disconnect that from next month not like airtel and reliance which have retention team that give u greedy offer not to disconnect plan and later charge heavily on the same,
