Writing Articles and submitting it to Article Directories is a great way of getting free internet advertising as well as obtaining one way backlinks from High PR Directories.
There are different ways of submitting articles to Article Directories;
- Subscribing to an Article Submission Service.
- You can purchase software to enable you to submit articles yourself using their Automatic Article Submission Service. (Not Recommended)
- You can manually submit your articles to a few High PR well known Article Directories. (Recommended)
Manual submissions can be very time consuming as opposed to automatic article submitters. Adding it to certain Article Directories may not help at all. There are some things that you need to look out for in an article directory before you perform Article Marketing.
- Some Article Directories are not updated regularly. Look out for most recent Articles posted and check the Date/Timestamps to make sure the Article Site is regularly updated.
- Some Article Directories may take too long to Review and Approve your Article. This would mean a waste of time if your article finally gets rejected.
- Some Article Directories remove any links that you have linked back to your site making it pointless to add articles there.
Nevertheless Article Directory Submission is worth it as your articles get picked up by search engines quickly if indexed in one or more of the High PR directories shown below. I recommend the following Article Directories as good places to start submitting your articles. Each of the Free Article directories listed below are PR 5 and above.
