Formation of ITEBR Teams:

• Each Resource Team shall comprise a minimum of four members. No restriction on maximum size.
• There are no specific qualifications to sign up as a Resource Team Manager or member. However, all persons shall be above 18 years of age, possess good communication skills, have a good knowledge of business in their area of operation, are IT savvy and willing to learn and adapt to multi tasking and above all work in a Team.
• Resource Team will be headed by a RT Manager who shall be the single point of contact for all administrative, billing, compliance, coordination, etc.
• Although a single person can sign up and register for setting up a Resource Team, the registration process will become effective and complete only when atleast four members sign up.
• The Resource Teams shall be required to support marketing/installation/coordination/maintenance/data entry/service issues, etc of Vendors and Customers.
• Resource Teams will be registered only after a due process of evaluation.
• Resource Teams are not the employees of BUSREX but are strategic associates.
• The Resource Teams shall earn according to their potential and commensurate to the work done. Every Team can aspire for higher value added work if they have access to requisite skill sets with them on permanent or temporary basis.
• The Busrex model envisages a very attractive revenue sharing with Resource Teams for the work done by them. These details are spelt out in the revenue sharing model.
• Busrex will display the profiles of every Resource Team in a structured (and searchable) matrix to Vendors and Customers
